And So It Starts….

Can life get any crazier?  How do you know school is back in session for your kids?

And the routine begins!

And So It Starts…

When you say good-bye to…

sleepovers

going to bed at 23:30

waking up whenever

stress free mornings

afternoons to myself to do whatever I want to do

only having to fill the tank in the van once a month

Saturday to do some traveling or better yet sleep in!!

Hello to…

going to be bed at 20:30

06:15 wake-ups

Google Translating being my best friend (to help with their homework)

stinky wet towels that were forgot about in the swimming lesson bags

“MOM…I can’t find my other shoe!!”

to my cross-stitch project while I wait for the girls at scout meetings, swimming lessons, art classes and home work tutoring

dusting off my crock-pot to cook meals 2 nights a weeks when I playing taxi driver to the things above

Family Home Evenings  being a priority as to make sure we set time aside for family time.

Saturday’s now filled with Scouting activities, birthday parties and church activities

It is the first time in 21 years that I don’t have at least 1 kid at home with me during the day and well…IT IS TOO QUITE!!  My house is much cleaner and my craft room is getting remodel since winter is coming and I have a hunch I will be in it quite  working on lots of fun projects!

What are some of your HELLO’s and GOOD-BYE’S?

    Hi Kelly,

Glad to hear you are enjoying Poland. I am in the oposite situation, a crazy Polish girl living in the United States. If you need any help with homework translation please let me know, I might do a better job than Google Translate, at least I hope:) Best!
