I can’t believe it but a little over 2 months ago, I wrote this blog post….Yes, I am overweight!
I have some of the greatest fans on this blog and several of you have asked how my weight loss has been going either through email or through my Facebook Fan Page.
So have a fallen off the diet wagon yet? NOPE! I have been hitting the gym 4 to 5 times a week doing an hour or so of cardio and water aerobics and on 2 days a week I skip water aerobics and do an hour of personal training with my friend and one of the greatest personal trainers they have at the gym that I go to, Adam R.
How does 2 months of exercising and eating right look like in results?
Those pants are a size 50 here in Poland and in the USA that is about a 20 size, CRAZY!!!! These pants are officially going into my closet to be put on every once and awhile to remind me of how far I have come on this crazy journey. Since these pants are officially falling off of me and are even to big for a belt, I want shopping for new pants and I can say I can grab some 46′s (16) and they fit, WOO HOO! I started out 2 months ago at 100 kgs(220.5 lbs) and as of this morning I am 93 kgs(205 lbs) that mean I have lost 7 kgs or a little over 15 lbs!!
Now besides exercising I have watching what I eat the last 2 months, using a BodyBugg(more about this in another post is it that AMAZING) for the past 2 weeks and I have taken supplements.
What is Garcinia Cambogia?
Now I am a HUGE Dr. Oz fan. I liked him when he was on Oprah and now that he has his own show that I can watch on YouTube and from his website, I enjoy him more and more! On of the the things he talked about in helping with weight loss are these 3 different supplements. Now if there world wasn’t small enough, I was given the opportunity to a bottle of each of these to try to for review when I started this journey 2 months ago. For the last 6 weeks I have been taking these regularly. With these pills I don’t get hungry! I take one round about 11 in the morning and my lunch is small because I am not that hungry. I eat a small mid-afternoon and then around 4:30 I take my second round and then before you know it is dinner time. I used to get sweet cravings after dinner but now they are basically gone! Yes, I get a craving once and awhile but these pills have helped amazingly! I have another 40 pounds to go before I hit my weight loss goal and Garcinia Cambogia, Rasberry Ketones and Green Coffee will be with me the entire journey! I have already ordered my second set of these supplements from Xium as they work that good and the price is that good too! Now what is the science that goes into these fat sucking and hunger reducing pills, I will let you do the research like I did and you can see all that they do.
If you started a diet today and you have to give up something that you knew that was not good for you, what you would you miss the most? The hardest thing for me is Coke Zero/Pepsi Max habit that I have. I used to easily drink 2+ liters a day of the stuff but I am down to less than a liter at most.
